For the first 12 years of my career as a Network Marketing, I have tried everything my company told me to do to generate sales and build a solid network of marketing team. As distributors and customers came and went, I found myself constantly break even and get out of my way to make sure it does not go into debt. None of the techniques have been trained on working, so what was the problem?

When I decided to change my way of thinking, I found a training program that taught me the proper way to market. Not only have I done with techniques that have really helped to get my business on the move, it allowed me to look back on what I did and understand why I could not for so many years. If you want to stop the wheels spinning in the network marketing business, learn from the mistakes I made as a result you and avoid wasting a lot of time and money.

Mistake # 1: Company-Sponsored Training Participants
The first thing your company tells you to do is their commitment to attend monthly training sessions. The more people you invite, rather than show, and the greater your business. Sounds logical, right? Maybe so, but does not work. All are good for monthly training is a source of inspiration. Even if your spirit will be up to about his colleagues, it is necessary to find a training program outside of your company, if you want to build a solid business.

First of all, only about 10% of people who spend each month invite to your meeting is actually displayed. Secondly, the techniques you teach are for the good of society as a whole, not as an entrepreneur independent. After 12 years of training courses and not missing one, I found myself with three people committed enough to participate each month in my team ... and were not built firms or their!

Mistake # 2: To the last drop to generate Fad Leads
Every time I turned around, someone somewhere was with a new how to get tons of customers. Whether it was at home parties, distribution of samples, the weight loss challenge, starting a club, or spending tons of money on a website of the imagination, I tried all. None of them I had never worked as it did for the person who "started" is. In fact, I never met anyone in fact I worked with the success that had followed both of these fashions.

The reason these things do not work is because they do not follow the fundamental principles of marketing. They active approach in the same way, but under a different facade. The only way to get qualified prospects to know who is your target audience and use techniques to make them come to you. These people have a desire, need and desire for what you have to offer. Putting on a site web and to buy expensive leads do nothing but drain your bank account.

Mistake # 3: Depending on others to follow through
How many times have you hung up the phone excited that someone said that they were going to buy the product or sign into your business when you call them back, but when it comes time nothing happens? I saved a lot of time and money when I ceased to do call-backs. I realized that if people want what I have to offer, are under way to sign up with me, before you hang up the phone. Mistake # 4: Talking to my friends and family
This technique has worked for people 30 years ago before the world has become too saturated with everyone and their brother trying to get rich quickly. The companies still teach because this is their message out faster. All that will do for you there is one or two clients, or you blackballed from the next family reunion. In both cases, do not help you grow a business. After a long leave, however, your company will probably still make a profit from your friend who committed to buy their products on a monthly basis.

Mistake # 5: Be a follower instead of a leader
Following my company's plan of action I printed a follower. In order to be successful in Network Marketing, you must develop the mindset of a leader. The minute I decided to step away from traditional way of doing business, I have disassociated the 96% of people fail in this area. Not only did I start building my business, but now I can help other people turn around their businesses beyond. This is something that a leader not a follower.
