Iron Sucker

When dealing with problems or hardships, sellers typically fall into one of two categories € "they re € ™ or â € ~ life suckers € ™ or â € ~ € ™ life givers. Life windy blame others for their actions and results, while the employer-owned life and to take responsibility for their actions and results. The top sales people are employers' lives. Those who are always looking for solutions to the challenges retailers are with a life that attitude. They embrace the fact that their jobs € "our work! Â €" require that they act responsibility. Rather who spend time to trace the fault, they move forward with the creation of solutions.
As responsible adults, no one makes us think or do anything. We are responsible of our actions and our thoughts, opinions, assumptions and conclusions. They belong to us. We choose to think or act a certain way. Taking responsibility is a matter of choice.
When someone says he has stressed me out, the prospect of pressure from me or my manager made me do this, what they are really saying is that others control them. Ita € ™ s as if they expect us to believe that a sort of â € € œothersâ ghost crept into their body, taking control of what we think and do. Life does not imitate a Hollywood horror film. Ita € ™ s up to each of us to choose how we feel and act.
As a side note â € "as a consultant, I regularly asked to assess the talent in a sales team. We are tell tale signs of failure to me. One critical sign is the answer to this question:
Tell me about your recent loss. What happened? A sales representative who makes excuses - â € shipping œits € ™ s fault we lost the deal € is doomed to fail. A sale is the property that is â € "â € OEI had qualified the initiative is intended to better € greatness. My accuracy in determining the success or failure of a representative 95% is this with a question.
Sure, bad things can happen € "and there are also the best sellers. None of us can choose or control every event that occurs in our lives € "particularly those affecting our business. Have you ever lost a sale to a prospect that was acquired before signing the contract? Have you ever had a sale at a department of the Government of the wind in limbo because of an unexpected freeze imposed spending while you are in final negotiations? These are examples of situations that, as we have sellers cana € ™ t check € "but you can always choose our response to how to deal with them.
Consider the expected behavior of the first year of military college cadets in North America. They are allowed to meet their instructors in one of three ways: â € Sir œYes, â € â € Oeno Sir, â € and â € Oeno excuses, Sir! Â € If a student fails to complete an assignment (and the circumstances are considered negligible), the student must take responsibility by saying â € Oeno excuses, Sir! Â € The goal is to create a property (giving life) attitude. Ita € ™ s that kind of self-discipline and ownership that will serve you well in your career.
How often have neglected to follow through a commitment you made to yourself or doing a certain number of cold calls in one day, to complete a difficult task; hit your goals, or closing a sale with a client? His personal life often reflect this habit? For example, do not ever start a diet, a program of exercise or a hobby and not carry through? Have you ever reached the point that when you decide on a target, your inner voice says, â € œWho are you kidding? Youâ € ™ ll never follow! Â € These kinds of lies to undermine your confidence to tackle problems and to effect change. That € ™ s why itâ € ™ s important for you and for training condition of believing you.
Here are four exercises you can try every day to make sure your attitude is an attitude of ownership:
1. Associated only with employers' lives
You have full control over who spends his time with, so choose wisely. Being positive about the people and improve the way you see your attitude. This is not easy and requires no cutting access to people you know are windy life. In the short term pain for long period to gain â € "and profits!
2nd Look good to feel good!
The following exercise is something learned by Anthony Robbins, a master of human performance. Take note of your physiology, when youâ € ™ re your feeling Besta € "when everything is going your road and youâ € ™ re in a great mood. As you walk? How strong is your voice? Do you act? You are sitting or standing? Do not talk fast or slow? Do you stand tall or slouch?
Once youâ € ™ ve made your list, carry it with you. Store. The next time youâ € ™ re in a crisis and wants to change its attitude, pull out the list and begin to consciously act the way you do when youâ € ™ re feeling great. You may feel unnatural at first, but soon youâ € ™ are in a better mood. Remember, ita € ™ s easier to act your way into a new sense of feeling, what is the way you feel in the new act!
Stop showing up to look your best work  ½. Press the your pants, put on a clean shirt and stretched to dress like you want to strut! I know that seems trivial, but its true. The way it looks on the outside will reflect the way you feel inside. My mother-in-law likes to remind me that there is no such thing as a bad person, just a lazy one! Ouch € | I think that, too often, when are caught in a grocery shopping ball cap and sweat. (As they say, the truth shall make you free € | but before it was really piss off!)
3rd Laugh, learn and take responsibility
When something bad happens, look good and take full responsibility for the bad. Among the sellers, chi arena € ™ t afraid to admit when they € ™ re wrong are the same that includes the results of the first row. Customers who donates € ™ t have time for errors and faults. To be honest € or â € œcoming clean makes you more reliable and something that is earned € ™ s really invaluableâ € "the reputation of integrity. So the next time you make a mistake, I ask what you can learn from it. Then, take the lesson and use it.
4th Train your mind for success by achieving a realizable goal every day
The life, people often negative bogged down because they feel arena € ™ t make progress. If this sounds familiar, then try setting a small but achievable goal for you every day. Fate a list. Write each goal, and when youâ € ™ ve reached each cross street. Before too long youâ € ™ ll have a model of success achievement that will help you to develop a model of positive thinking.
5th Keep a diary success
Make note of your success and their visit regularly. Ita € ™ s important to remember what you have come and celebrate the successes. Each time you reach a goal, to recognize that the implementation before going way. Rewarded. When you are facing a difficult time to pull out your success journal, and get excited about all the victories you've had. Remind you, if you were successful yesterday, you can be successful tomorrow.
Take ownership of your behavior and assumptions. Remember, nobody made you go with your thoughts, opinions, assumptions and conclusions. It only you can steer things right.
