The refrigerator is one of the most brilliant inventions in human history. The refrigerator is a product of eventual inventive evolution. From time immemorial, human beings have been in a search to preserve food. The change of seasons and extreme weather conditions made methods for food preservation of the utmost importance. Over the years, techniques of food thrived between the different groups of people around the world. Food preservation techniques were in accordance with their own weather conditions and seasonal variations of the different regions and localities. They also varies depending on the type of food stored. Livestock, fruits, vegetables and other edible things vary depending on the region and therefore the technique used to make the food is as varied as the nature of food to be preserved. Food, perhaps, is one of the most important reason why humanity has managed to survive and prosper over the millennia.
