How to install a distributor of toilet paper in a bath at home?
We recently renovated the bathroom and are trying to put the fixtures a. What is the best way to measure how far apart to make the brackets for the toilet paper holder?
I assume that your application to be in square brackets are in two pieces, rather than a single organization. Keep the distributor together with the brackets on both sides of the roll holder. It is likely that you want to set on a table with the spring-loaded roll holder in it so it does not fall into the holes in brackets and a roll of paper on it (or just the cardboard tube) to make sure you are not the spacing between brackets too close together. If you're doing just that, a couple of heavy books and adjust it until you are the way you want (not too tight, not too loose). Using a tape measure, measure from the center of each screw hole in the rear of the dealer (center to center). This is your measuring distance. Using a level, mark the wall where the screws put in (to a "zero", the other your measuring distance away from "zero"). I would sit on the toilet while doing so that this is not the distributor position too high or too low - perhaps 2 ft above the ground? If one of your brackets will be positioned on a stud, drill a pilot hole first to put the screws into the wall - you will have better luck to get the screw to remain straight as you insert into the wall.
