Probe Wire
as it is hard to wire a push button starter in a 95 ford probe?
how difficult it is, what is involed and how do u do it? im thinking should 2 switches and a genuine button switch, but have no idea how my thread is the manual says Haynes (ACC key position is countinuity between terminals 2 and 6, the key position on the continuum between 2.4 and 6 also 1 and 5, opened the continuity between 2 and 4, also 3 and 5, so that sound to me like it will need 3 switches and 2 buttons, but still have no idea of how to be wired?
Short answer, it is not difficult. Best response, a little 'difficult be done safely. I am guessing that you want to do this because the power switch is out, if only one wire hot wire to a switch, and the transition to your solenoid then we could start the car in gear, (male in an automated system, with a dangerous standard) have a lot of security systems involved in the starter circuit. I would suggest a minimum of wiring in a relay that only the circuit to be completed when the brakes are applied, giving some margin of safety.
